Customer Service Representative - Billing

ReverbNation is currently hiring for an experienced customer support pro who will provide exceptional customer support to our customers. Our Customer Support Representatives serve as the primary point of contact to our existing customers, providing general user support across ReverbNation’s suite of products and services. The successful candidate will perform all duties necessary to process, maintain and respond to a wide variety of inquiries from our customers on a daily basis. This position will specialize in providing support to our customers with complicated billing inquires and requires extensive attention to detail, patience and diligence.

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Serve as primary contact for all escalated billing inquiries in addition to all general account support questions
  • Participate in daily and weekly updates from our product teams to stay current with changes across our site that affect our customers
  • Maximize company revenues by using appropriate customer service techniques to ensure customers are fully informed about our full range of products
  • Work together with existing customer support team to teach, coach, develop and maintain knowledge across a wide variety of ReverbNation’s products and services

Require knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Previous customer service experience required, ideally within a help desk or call center environment
  • Experience supporting a high volume of customers via email and over the phone is required
  • Candidates must be comfortable and confident supporting customers over the phone, daily
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, etc)
  • High school education or equivalent

**Candidates who would like to work an adjusted or flexible schedule will be considered for this role. Candidates who are willing to work weekends are ideal. 40/hr per week schedule will be required but flexibility will be offered for an experienced candidate.**
